Tuber orders will ship out in early April.
As soon as you receive your dahlia tubers please inspect them and do not leave unopened, please report any problems that have occurred during shipping immediately via email.
All tubers will be shipped with a viable eye and grow true to their photo and description. If there are any problems with your tubers, please email me within two weeks of receiving your order. Willow & Mabel Garden Co. is not liable for loss or damage due to pests, inclement weather, or improper storage of tubers prior to planting or the improper planting of tubers.
We can not be responsible for shipments left out in inclement weather or storage or planting error
Problems with dahlia tubers that have been planted must be reported by July 1 of the year they were ordered. This guarantee is limited to the purchase price of tubers only, and does not include shipping fees or liability or damages from losses resulting from crop failure.
We are proud to share that all of our dahlia plants and tubers are inspected by the State of Washington Department of Agriculture to assure the quality of the product you receive.
Due to weather conditions we are unable ship tubers early and our tubers are only available to ship within the United States.
Once an order is placed, we cannot add or subtract items. If you want any additional items not included in your original order, please place a new order. We are unable to combine shipping and reduce charges on separately placed orders or on orders from different sales.
Items placed in carts are not guaranteed or reserved until purchase is completed, and the purchaser has received an order number/confirmation email.
